McGee Trent

We do not practice family law, criminal law, wills and estates or any other field of law other than motor vehicle accidents causing fatalities or catastrophic injuries. Although many lawyers handling injury claims will also offer services in other fields of law, at McGee Trent we believe that by restricting our practices our clients will benefit from exceptional results.

Please contact us if you or a loved one have sustained a significant brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, other injuries likely to result in months of hospitalization or loss of life as a result of a motor vehicle accident. If your injury has occurred because of someone else’s fault, we will pursue a claim for your damages, and we will only charge a fee if we are successful in negotiating a settlement or obtaining a trial judgement in your lawsuit.

We will pursue all claims for Section B benefits without any legal fees. This means, even if you are at fault for your accident, we can help. However, where we add significant value is identifying those individuals that can access enhanced benefits outside of Alberta.
